 3 cups Flour
 2 cups Sugar
 2 cups Grated
 ½ cup Vegetable oil
 1 cup Chopped nuts
 4 Eggs
 3 tsp Baking powder
 1 pinch Baking soda
 1 tsp Vanilla
Frosting
 1 Box of powdered sugar
 8 oz Cream cheese
 1 tsp Vanilla
 1 tsp Butter flavor
 ½ stick Soft butter
 1 cup Chopped pecans
 ½ cup Whole pecans for garnish

Preheat oven 350 degrees
In mixer blend cream cheese, butter, and powered sugar, add vanilla and butter flavoring and chopped pecans make enough for three layers decorate with whole pecans

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and soda, add carrots oil chopped nuts eggs and vanilla mix well. Pour into three greased and floured pans
Bake 45 minutes to an hour until done.
Cool on baking racks for 15 minutes and frost
