This is a delicious side dish that is done on the grill. Great for brussel sprouts as no lingering odor. Great the first time and excellent reheated, if any are left over

½ cup fresh shredded parmesan cheese
 pepper as desired

In a bowl combine the halved brussel sprouts, oil, and garlic. You might need to mix with your hand to thoroughly coat the brussel sprouts

3

Coat a cast iron pizza pan with Pam (this allows for easier clean up)
Note: Any cast iron pans will work

4

Arrange all the brussel sprouts face down and close together

5

Place onto the grill set to approximately 350 degrees. Cook approximately 10-12 min until starting to brown. Turn pan and use a metal spatula to make certain they all share the heat. Test doneness with a folk which should pierce all the way to the pan easily.

6

Once they are cooked, splash with the balsamic vinegar and use the metal spatula to share the vinegar with all.

7

Transfer to a serving dish and top with the shredded cheese. Yummy
