Lemon Chicken

This is a light and easy chicken dish prepared on the grill that goes with anything. The hint of lemon, garlic, and spice makes this a favorite with even the pickiest eater. Serves 4

 2 lbs Skinless chicken breast
 2 Fresh lemons rinsed
 4 Cloves of garlic crushes
 ½ cup Chardonnay wine
 ¾ tsp Sheets to the WInd FIsh and Fowl Seasoning
 3 pinches Fresh Basil to garnish
 1 pinch Salt (optional)

Slice chicken breast lengthwise 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch thick and place into a bowl

Cover with the juice and pulp of the lemmons, add spice, add crushed garlic and wine.

Stir well and let sit covered for 30 minutes.
Turn on the grill to heat to approximately 350 degrees.

Put into a PAM sprayed cast Iron Pan, place onto the grill and then cover with foil.

Cook for 20 minutes on one side and then lift foil and turn chicken pieces over

Cook for 20 more minutes until cooked and remove from heat.
Place the chicken on the serving plate and garnish with fresh basil.
Enjoy the subtle flavors.
