Here is the "Mike Tyson" of chicken soups.
Using a large wok or potheat oil over medium heat. Add cabbage and chicken; fry until chicken is no longer pink inside, approximately 10 minutes. Make sure to stir your cabbage and chicken while it is frying.
Add chicken broth, soy sauce, ginger and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in onions. Cook until tender, about 4 minutes. Add optional noodles 3 minutes before serving Garnish with additional herb sprigs. Servings: 8
