Pepperoni Cheese Ball

This is the best cheese ball ever.
I take it to parties, and socials. Everybody loves it, and I have so many people to ask me for the recipe. This cheese ball is also really easy to make.

 ½ Bag of finely shredded cheddar cheese
 2 Pkg of cream cheese, softened
 1 oz Can crushed pineapple drained
 2 tbsp Minced purple onion
 ¼ cup Chopped green pepper
 3 ½ oz Pkg pepperoni. diced in food processor or chopped up
 ½ tsp Seasoning Salt
 1 cup Finely chopped pecons

In a large mixing bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and shredded cheese. Work this well together. Add the drained pineapple, onion, bell pepper, and pepperoni. Add the seasoning salt, and mix the ingredients really well. Get a large piece of Saran Wrap. Spread the Saran Wrap out. Sprinkle the pecans on the Saran Wrap, reserving about 1/4 c. for top of the cheese ball. Roll the cheese ball into a round ball on wax paper. Put the cheese ball in the middle of the Saran Wrap. Roll the ball in the pecans, coating all around. Fold the Saran Wrap from all edges and secure it tightly to hold the ball shape. I put my wrapped ball into a cereal bowl that it will fit into. Chill the ball for all night. Take the cheese ball out of the fridge. Open the top of the Saran Wrap, and add remaining pecans, covering the top, and pressing those in. Chill for another hour and un Wrap the ball and put it on a pretty platter with crackers.
