Sausage and Shrimp Spaghetti

 4 Cans of stewed basil and garlic tomatoes
 4 Cans of tomatoe sauce
 3 Onions chopped
 2 Bell Peppers
 1 tsp Sugar
 1 tsp Salt
 2 tsp Garlic salt
 2 tsp Pepper
 2 Sprigs of fresh basil
 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
 2 lbs Medium or large shrimp
 2 lbs Cooked Italian sausage cut in half inch slices

Combine all ingredients under medium heat and simmer until all vegetables are tender
Approximately one hour

Angel Hair Pasta:
Half a pot of water with salt to boil until tender, rinse and drain add a little Olive Oil
While tomatoe sauce is simmering
Two pounds of medium to large shrimp Tails optional
Two pounds of Italian Sausage
Two pound of cooked smoke sausage cut in half inch slices
Stir into the tomatoe mixture
Cook 10 minutes add shrimp cook another 10 -15 minutes until sausage is pink

Serve with Caeser salad with red onions and croutons
