Triple Healthy Citrus Punch

Besides being fun to make and super nutritious, this little recipe is very mildly cleansing, pH supportive,
glucose balancing, with an awesome flavor to beat the band. It is low calorie and will thwart sugar
addiction. Diabetics and others with sugar issues need not fear this taste of heaven - it has both a low

 1 Orange
 4 cups Filtered water
 1 Lemon
 1 Lime
 ¼ cup Xylitol for sweetening
 1 Mint leaf
1

Squeeze cut orange, lemon, and lime into a mason jar. Cut a disk of each fruit and add to jar to enhance
flavor. Add mint leaf, Xylitol 2 cups of water. Stir until Xylitol is dissolved. Add remaining water and stir once more. Fill Glasses with fresh ice (cubed or crushed). Add punch to fill. Or do what I do... drink it right out of the mason jar. Enjoy
